Season of Discovery is now live for World of Warcraft® Classic! The time has come to gather your friends, create a new character, and scour the lands of Azeroth to discover class-altering abilities, new endgame activities, and a new Rune Engraving system.

This Season brings an initial level cap of 25 and a new level-25 endgame, including a 10-player Blackfathom Deeps raid with new mechanics, new and reimagined bosses to challenge player tactics and strategies, and fresh rewards.

New content added in Season of Discovery:

• New Leveling Phases With Level Caps – Level 25, Level 40, Level 50, Level 60
• New Player Power – Rune Engraving and Runes
• New Class Roles – Mage Healer, Rogue Tank, Shaman Tank, Warlock Tank
• New Level-Up Raids – Phase 1 Blackfathom Deeps
• New Gear and Items – Fathomblade, Void Pearls, and More
• New World PvP Events – Phase 1 Ashenvale
• New Crafted Profession Gear and Items – Max Skill 150 in Phase 1
• New Factions – Durotar Supply and Logistics & Azeroth Commerce Authority

New Crafted Profession Gear and Items in Season of Discovery

Season of Discovery is introducing new crafted Gear and Items for most professions, many that will be extremely sought after. In addition to new Epic pieces with unique On Use effects, there are also some crafted Items that seem to be used for some new purposes – many as part of the new Discoveries. Blizzard has also set a Skill cap for Professions. You will not be able to gain skill above 150, as there is a new Level 26 restriction to learn Expert in any Profession.
